This unit was at the back. When we went to our unit in Sept we had thick mold and much of it black on all items from the waist down. Awful!! Beware of a real moisture problem.

The office smelled like cigarette smoke. It was do bad that the smell of smoke was in my clothes after only 10 minutes in office

I rented a 5x8 for the same rate as some smaller units elsewhere. I chose Shur-Lock for that reason. My unit was swept clean and there were some pallets available to stack my boxes on. The person who worked in the office was very friendly and helpful.

My unit was given away without any notice or warning. Instead of sending me an email or giving me a courtesy call asking if I was still interested in using the unit, the unit was given to the next person.

This storage unit is close to my home, and is used to store those "overflow items" from a recent move. The staff and online customer service was outstanding, but there is an apparent lack of security cameras and the actual rented unit was very, very, dirty, although the facility itself was very clean. They provided a lock and key, and skids to put our boxes on, if we wanted. The risk of the nearby creek overflowing, is somewhat of a concern.
